The problem
7 Fleet broker, market and develop high-end homes across Abuja's most sought-after districts. At that end of the market the website is part of the pitch. It has to feel as premium as the properties, reassure serious buyers, and make it effortless to enquire about a listing.
The approach
A calm, photography-led design that gives each property room to breathe, with a clear path from browsing to a direct enquiry. Type and spacing do the talking, so the site reads as high-end without shouting, and it loads quickly for buyers viewing on their phones.
